We ship orders Monday-Friday using United Parcel Service of America (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).
$4.99 Flat Rate USPS (United States Postal Service) Mail 3-7 Day Delivery OR Free Shipping Terms:
Free shipping and USPS Flat Rate Mail 3-7 Day Delivery are
shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) and the customer accepts all
responsibility for lost packages. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since this is offered
through the US mail service, this service is NON-traceable and does not
have delivery confirmation. By choosing this shipping option, the
customer fully understands that this is shipped at his/her own risk and
My Little Pockets is not responsible for lost or damaged packages with
this service. If the customer would prefer a tracking number or
confirmation of delivery (and/or our mandatory signature release on UPS
orders over $250), the customer should select the UPS (United Postal
Service) shipping option at check-out.
UPS Ground Delivery arrives in 5-10 business days. Day 1 is considered the next business day after order is placed. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please make a note of it on your order. Saturday delivery costs an additional $12.50.
Orders received by 5:00 PM (EST) are normally shipped the next business day. Express and Next Day Air: Orders received before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same business day, orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Our standard shipping method in the 48 continental United States is UPS Ground. The shipping charge varies with your purchase amount. All orders ship from our Scottsdale, Arizona location. Shipping charges vary according to purchase amounts and delivery zip code. Please refer to the below table for general rates:
Upgrade to 3-Day Select. Additional charges will apply (estimate $5 or more). 3-Day Select orders ship via UPS and should arrive 3-4 business days after the date your order is placed.
Upgrade to 2nd Day Air. Additional charges will apply (estimate $10 or more). 2nd Day Air orders ship via UPS and should arrive 2-3 business days after the date your order is placed.
Upgrade to Next Day Air. Additional charges will apply (estimate $25 or more). Next Day Air orders ship via UPS and should arrive 1-2 business days after the date your order is placed.
EXAMPLE: If you place your order on Wednesday, select 2nd Day Air as your shipping method, your order will ship on Thursday and arrive on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, your order will arrive on Tuesday.
SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES, POSTAL STORES AND P.O. BOXES: We do NOT ship to military addresses (APO, AFO, AE , FPO, etc.), nor do we ship to PO Boxes or to a UPS Store or ANY type of postal/mailing/shipping stores, even if you collect your personal mail at such a facility (we do not ship to PO Boxes). Please provide a valid physical mailing address within the U.S. when placing your order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
If an item is marked "Final Sale", it is a FINAL SALE and NOT RETURNABLE. Item will be clearly marked if it is able to be exchanged for a different size (however, most are single items and are
not able to be exchanged for another size). If the item is exchangeable for another size, but the size you desire is not available, the item is NOT RETURNABLE, it is still a FINAL SALE.
SALES TAX:
Arizona residents - 8.0% sales tax will automatically be added to your order upon final checkout.
BILLING:
Your account is billed when you place your order. After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. If it is not available, we will credit back the card you used to purchase the order. We will send you a email confirmation when we ship your order.
PREORDERS:
Preorders are advance full-price purchases placed on your credit card
for merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. If an item is a preorder,
it will be clearly marked on the product listing online.
We are at the mercy of the manufacturers actual shipping date to us and
are not responsible if the delivery date is up to 30 days later than
anticipated arrival date--please keep this in mind if you are purchasing
for a special occasion.
Any canceled preorder items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to
exchange sizes for you, but if a replacement size is unavailable, a full
credit will be issued to your credit card.
Preorder returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final after 14 days of receipt.
We offer a 14-day return for regular, non-personalized items, non-holiday items, non-special occasion items in their original UNWORN condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Credit will not be issued for items returned in condition other than that described. Shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items, special orders, holiday items, swimwear, special occasion dresses and final sale items and are NOT returnable. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING RETURNED ITEMS.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All Holiday Items and Special Occasion items are clearly marked FINAL SALE and are not returnable. Size exchanges are allowed; however, if size desired is not available, the item is still a FINAL SALE and is not returnable and no store credits will be offered.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
All returns must be POSTMARKED within 14 days of receipt. Final sale, personalized, special order and swimwear items are NOT returnable. Please call or e-mail us if you have questions on whether
your item(s) is returnable. UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM, we will credit the card used for the original purchase.

At our sole discretion, depending upon circumstances, we may accept returns past the 14 day period. In this case, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. A 25% re-stocking fee will also be charged for any package that is returned to us, refused by the intended recipient.
EXCHANGES:
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply place an order for the new item online, and we will process the new order and ship it promptly. Upon receipt of your return item(s), as stated above, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited.
If you initially purchase multiple sizes of the same item (in order to check for size) and return the one(s) that does not fit, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee on the returned item(s). If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our posted size charts, or contact us via email or phone. We are always happy to give measurements.
LOST PACKAGE:
Tracking information is emailed to the customer promptly after shipment. If the item does not arrive by the shipping carriers indicated delivery date or a reasonable time frame (i.e. 15 days), a tracer investigation will be initiated with the carrier on behalf of the customer. Lost packages are extremely rare for USPS or UPS and have never occured in all the years of mylittlepockets.com operations. Any package that is delayed due to an undeliverable or missing address will be returned to us by USPS or UPS as their policy is to open packages and return the package to the shipper (our packing slip located inside the package identifies our company and return address.) Customer must wait until the package is returned to us by USPS or UPS for refund or replacement of the order.
REFUSED SHIPMENT:
If delivery is refused, a refund minus the shipping fees incurred to ship to the customer and all return shipping charges will be issued after it is safely returned complete and unopened as originally shipped. A 25% restocking fee per item will be deducted for all refused shipments.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENT:
If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or due to customers absence when a signature is needed for a shipment, then the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the item being returned back to us and then reshipped again to the customer. A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER TO RESHIP THE ORDER WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. If a refund is preferred over resending the order, all shipping charges incurred for shipping to the customer and all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If customer does not contact us within 10 business days to provide a credit card number to reship the item, the Refused Shipment policy above applies.
DAMAGED PACKAGE:
Do not open a package if it appears to be damaged upon arrival. OPENING A DAMAGED PACKAGE NULLIFIES YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES. Contact us immediately if your package appears damaged so that we may send a label for returning the damaged package to us. After evaluating the product upon return, a replacement or refund will be issued if it is determined that the damage was due to poor in-transit handling.
